Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al Thani, the Amir of Qatar, has reached out to Tharman Shanmugaratnam with a written message emphasizing the importance of the bilateral relationship between Qatar and Singapore. The message from the Qatari leader was conveyed by Qatar’s Ambassador to Singapore, HE Abdulaziz bin Ahmed Al Malki. The ambassador delivered the message during a meeting with Jeevan Singh, Director-General of the Middle East, North Africa and Central Asia Directorate at Singapore’s Ministry of Foreign Affairs. This meeting underscored the dedication of both countries to deepen their diplomatic engagement.
