CALGARY, AB — Dickey’s Barbecue Pit, the world’s largest barbecue brand, is celebrating its first year in Calgary, bringing slow-smoked Texas barbecue to Alberta.
Since opening in 2024 at 55 Castleridge Blvd NE #156, the restaurant has earned a loyal following for its hickory-smoked brisket, fall-off-the-bone ribs, and classic Southern sides.
“Calgary has truly welcomed us with open arms,” said franchise owner Jamal Kayani. “This milestone is just the beginning.”
CEO Laura Rea Dickey praised the Calgary team’s success:
