Our transition from outdoor agrarian life to indoor office life has created a modern health dilemma. A prominent physician warns that our current lifestyles are causing a widespread and dangerous deficiency in Vitamin D, a nutrient we are biologically programmed to get from the sun.

To solve this modern dilemma, we need to consciously reintegrate the sun into our lives. The doctor’s recommendation is to carve out 10 to 30 minutes during the midday for direct sun exposure on our limbs, a simple step to realign our health with our biological needs.
